Shwmae, I’m Cory 👋 Cardiff nail tech at Ginger by Zoe – here for your nails and probably an unnecessary amount of chat.

I do a bit of everything – from tidy gels to bold colours, and the occasional ‘wow, how do you function with those?’ set. I’ve got range, but let’s keep it within the laws of physics, yeah?

This space is zero-pressure and open to literally everyone: queer, neurodivergent, anxious, chatty, quiet, over-sharers, introverts – croeso i bawb.

Experience

I’ve been in the nail world since Feb 2025, and it’s been a whirlwind of learning, creating, and growing, especially on socials, where I’ve been able to share my journey along the way.

I’m qualified in gel polish, builder gel, file, gel extensions, and soon hard gel, so I like to think I can do a bit of everything. Basically, if it’s nails, I’m here for it

Plain Builder Gel, this does not include any colour over the Builder Gel. I have a range of neutral Builder Gel colours to choose from.

Your appointment includes full nail prep, shaping, cuticle work, and nourishing oil to finish.

Breakage Policy:

I’m happy to repair up to 3–4 broken nails during your infill (charged at £2 per nail).

If you have more than 4 broken nails, please book a removal and fresh set instead, as this ensures the best results and longevity.

Gel Extensions give the look of acrylics using full-cover gel tips that blend with your natural nails for a lightweight, natural finish.

Not sure what your nails need or where to start? Come in for a quick chat. We'll take a look at your current nail condition, talk through your goals — whether it's growing them out, keeping them strong, or just making them look their best — and figure out what suits you. No pressure, just honest advice.

Silent Appointment

Sometimes a chat is a little bit too much, and that's completely ok!

Please note, I will still have to ask you questions at the start around colour, shape, style etc depending on the appointment.

However, after the initial consultation, there will be very minimal chat.
